MONDAY – 8:15 am- 5:15 pm
TUESDAY – 1:00 pm- 5:00 pm
WEDNESDAY – 8:15 am- 5:15 pm
THURSDAY – 8:15 am- 5:15 pm
FRIDAY – CLOSED

Hours for VIAL TESTING vary dependent on Dr. Hughes’s availability. Please call prior to coming to the office for a vial test.

HOLIDAYS – OFFICE CLOSED: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas (2 days). If a holiday falls on a non-working day, please contact our office for updated hours of operation.

We participate with most major insurance providers including:
CDPHP, Empire Blue Cross/Blue Shield, NY State Empire Plan, Excellus, Blue Shield of NENY, Medicare, Medicaid, MVP, and Tricare.

We do NOT participate with Fidelis or United Healthcare.
